New Google phone in the first quarter of 2009

Google’s mobile OS, Andorid, is now available on a phone that isn’t the G1.
The new Android-based phone is called Kogan Agora and will only be available in Australia. It will be released in the 29th of January 2009. The Google features that will be included in the Kogan Agora is: Google Calender, GMail, a Google search bar and access to Google Maps and YouTube.
The Agora is inspired by the BlackBerry candy bar look and comes with a 2.5 inch touchscreen, 3G and Bluetooth. If you go for the pro version of the phone, you’ll also get Wi-Fi, a 2 Megapixel camera and GPS.
The phone will start at $299 for the standard version and $399 for the Pro version.
